Approved designs are typically printed, packed and posted with Signed For delivery within 2 weeks* via Royal Mail. *This does not include: Weekends Bank Holidays Triball Designs cannot be held responsible for any delay caused by Royal Mail. All items are checked to ensure the print quality and we package all items in either hardback envelopes or boxes to reduce the risk of damage. Should you have any issues please photograph the package upon delivery and email to us, we can then issue you a replacement. Since the majority of our work is personalised for your special day, all personalised / bespoke items are non-refundable.
