DELIVERY & RETURNS

delivery

All of our occasion and location cards are hand picked, packed and dropped to the post office.

​

We aim to process all orders within 48 hours* and delivery is expected a further 1-3 days**.

​

Postage fees are as follows:

1-2 cards = £1.50

3-4 cards = £1

5+ cards = Free

Large custom orders = POA

​

*Excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched from the following Monday.

**If your order includes a Pre-Order item, all items will be dispatched with the Pre-Order item. Please contact us if you need the other items sooner!

Items over the value of £30 will be Tracked.

If there are any issues or you are unhappy with your order in any way, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Orders that have been returned by our delivery carrier (Royal Mail / Guernsey Post) because they have been refused, haven’t been collected, or have an incorrect address, once arrived back to us will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.

If you wish to return your order please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order, at hello@triballdesigns.com so we can help.

 

For change of mind returns, the products must be returned in the same condition in which they were bought and in the original, undamaged packaging. This excludes bespoke/custom items which cannot be returned.

 

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not fulfil these criteria.

Please note, triball designs are not liable for the return postage costs. We also do not cover additional shipping costs for replacements / exchanges.

We do our best to package your order in a safe and secure way, but if your order for any reason or in anyway arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the order at hello@triballdesigns.com so we can help.

 

IMPORTANT

Your email must include:

  1. Photographs of the package

  2. Photographs of the damaged product(s)

  3. Your order number

  4. Any other relevant information
     

Upon receipt of the returned items, and after confirming that the product(s) are faulty, we will issue a full refund. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for damage caused post receipt.​
