1.0 Sales Terms

These Sales Terms govern the supply of any goods that you order via The Store, or contacting hello@triballdesigns.com. Please read through the Sales Terms carefully, if you do not agree with the Sale Terms, do not buy any goods. If https://triballdesigns.com receives an order for goods from you, then its agreement with you will be made on these Sale Terms. Please note that The Store reserves the right to amend the Sale Terms from time to time and new versions of the Sale Terms will come into effect as soon as they are published on https://triballdesigns.com. 
 

1.1 Availability

The Store may terminate or suspend the supply of goods displayed on https://triballdesigns.com without warning, in the event of out of stocks or for any other reason.

1.2 Pricing
The prices displayed on the website are subject to change and we reserve the right to change these at any time.
The price of the product does not include the printing or delivery charge, this will be provided in your personalised quote.

1.3 Personalisation

​ It is up to you to ensure that all content in a personalised product is correct eg is correctly spelt or irregularly formatted. We cannot edit or cancel an order for a personalised product once it has been signed off for printing. Each order includes up to three rounds of edits to help ensure you have the opportunity to correct any mistakes.

1.4 Amends
We cannot make changes or cancel your order once it has been signed off for printing. For further details on our Cancellation Policy, please see Section 1.6. Each order includes up to three rounds of edits to help ensure you have the opportunity to correct any mistakes before you sign off the design for printing. Any additional rounds of edits will be quoted for separately and require payment upfront.

 

1.5 Shipping

We use Royal Mail, and shipping costs are based on weight. Please make sure you specify the correct shipping address with an available party to 'sign for' the delivery. The Store holds no liability for deliveries made to an incorrect address. 

Most weeks, orders are printed, packed and dispatched within 2 weeks of you approving an order. The Store reserves the right to deviate from this schedule at any time, and you will be notified of any significant delays.  

Delivery times vary depending on location and are reliant on Royal Mail. Orders are sent with 48 hour Signed For delivery. Longer waiting times may be experienced across bank holidays.

We do not dispatch items on bank holidays or when our office is closed. Our opening hours are updated on https://triballdesigns.com

 

1.6 Cancellations & Refunds

Personalised products cannot be cancelled once design has begun. If, upon receiving your Product(s), they are damaged or the printing is faulty, you may request a refund or reprint. We will not refund you if the Product(s) are in a good condition but the content is wrong due to a mistake made when ordering. If you choose to have your Product(s) reprinted, we will do so free of charge and resend to you at no extra cost.

1.7 Returns

We can only accept the return of items if they are faulty by definition of consumer law, meaning: that the actual product doesn’t match any description given before purchase, ie a product has been sent in error; and if damaged during delivery. We require evidence that the product is faulty or damaged. Please note that the costs for returning non-faulty items is not refundable and are done so at your own expense. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and we'll reimburse your costs in returning it to us, up to the value of £5.00. In this instance, please obtain proof of postage (a certificate of posting is available free of charge from the Post Office).  This should be kept in a safe place in case you need to claim compensation from the carrier. We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for goods in transit from our customers.

1.4 Payment Method 

The Store https://triballdesigns.com does not currently accept payment. All orders receive a personalised quote with account details for bank transfer. Payment is required at the time of order to our Monzo Business account. 

 

2. Privacy

When you purchase something from us, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no

You may unsubscribe from our database at any time.

We will never share your details with anyone, unless required by law.

 

3. Website Terms

If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of use, which together with the above, governs https://triballdesigns.com relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.
