environmental policy

Our suppliers are carefully selected to ensure we all do our part to reduce our environmental impact. We aim to use minimal packaging, whilst ensuring that your items are protected and arrive safe and in perfect condition.
​
There will be no plastic packaging (no bubble wrap or polystyrene) in your order and all deliveries will be sent out in a recyclable cardboard box, with recyclable paper tissue paper.
​
Our Invitations, Envelopes, and Thank You Cards are all made from recycled, uncoated, FSC approved, pulp paper. Our supplier even plants a tree for every one used!

Items are packed with eco-friendly tissue paper, again for every tree used another is planted.
​
All of these items are recyclable - we don't add lamination or glitter to ensure this is always the case.

We hate to see things go to waste and it is vitally important to us that the way we package our products aligns with our values - to reuse, reduce, recycle.

How we use, store, and protect your personal information is important.
When you purchase something from us, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our shop, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
We will only contact you in regards to you order, unless you have subscribed to our marketing mail list, in which case we will share product, business and other information with you.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no. You may unsubscribe from our database at any time.

payment methods

At present no payments are taken via the website. Triball Designs requests all payments via invoice to our Monzo Business Account.
